I work in school term time only.

Group classes are booked in 5/6/7 week blocks depending on how long school terms are. But prices work out at £12 per hour (£13 for Pregnancy and Post Natal).

Private 1:1 sessions are £60 for 1 x hour session if booked individually. This includes travel within a 5 mile radius of Princes Risborough. If you book in blocks discounts apply: 5 x 1:1 session pass £275 (£55 per session), 10 x 1:1 session pass £500 (£50 per session). The 1:1 discount passes have a 3 month expiry on them from the date first used.

Beginner/Improver classes - perfect for the complete novice or someone returning to exercise after an injury or operation. Gentle classes designed to improve mobility and increase core strength.

Intermediate classes - only for those who have practised Pilates for a number of years. Clients need to be able to demonstrate good core strength to join.

Pregnancy class - for women who are expecting a baby.

Post natal class - for women who want to return to exercise after birth. Only suitable for women who have been cleared to exercise by their doctor.

Wear anything that you can freely move in and feel comfortable in. Pilates socks (socks with grips on the soles) can also aid movement but are not essential. Bring layers that are easy to remove. As you move in class you will warm up.

Please bring your own Pilates mat to class for hygiene reasons. These can be purchased from Amazon or TKMaxx relatively cheaply.

A bottle of water is also useful to keep hydrated throughout class.

Attendees should also bring either 1” Pilates cushion or a thin, flat cushion or small folded hand towel. We use these to ensure correct head and neck alignment during class.

We occasionally use other small Pilates equipment such as balls or bands but I will provide these.

No absolutely not! The founder of Pilates, Joseph Pilates was a man. Everyone is welcome to attend all classes apart from the post natal and pregnancy classes which are for women only.
