    Beginner Pilates Classes

    If you're new to Pilates, our beginner classes are the perfect place to start. We focus on foundational movements, breathwork, and posture to help you build confidence and strength.

    Classes are small and supportive, with plenty of guidance and encouragement. No experience needed — just bring yourself and a willingness to move.

    Improver Pilates Classes

    You’ve been doing Pilates for while and want to move to the next level? Improver classes are the right fit for you. We continue to build on the foundations you learnt in beginner classes but start to progress with harder movements that challenge you and your core.

    We focus more deeply on form and ensure postural alignment is at its best.

    Intermediate Pilates Classes

    Our intermediate Pilates classes are designed for those with some experience or higher level of fitness who want to deepen their practice. Expect dynamic sequences, core challenges, and technique refinement.

    These sessions build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. If you're ready to progress, this is your next step.
